It is helpful to reflect on your own experiences (either during your tertiary education or experiences outside of this) and understand what you can bring to Adobe. Being genuine is also very important, so accepting your flaws as well as your strengths will help you have more open and honest conversations with the interviewer panel.

To best prepare for the Adobe recruitment process, I would recommend spending time personally reflecting on how your prior experiences have shaped you. Also, being able to communicate your motivations effectively helps your interviewers understand your intentions better. More importantly, though, it is okay to not always be very "buttoned-up". Be yourself and be genuine. This is key.
