Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Collaborates with legal and company secretarial teams to provide administrative and transactional support.
- Assists in preparing and executing contracts, including construction, procurement, and confidentiality agreements.
- Manages files, schedules meetings, and coordinates contract approval processes.
- Supports optimization of internal systems and processes.
- Monitors and administers legal team inboxes and intake forms.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in administrative or legal support roles.
- Enrollment in a law degree program is a plus.
- Ability to commit to at least 3 days per week.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about AirTrunk’s operations.
