Finished your degree or in your final year? Navigating the daunting task of securing your first job can be tricky so we've done our best to keep this as simple as possible.

Te Kaiurungi | About the Role

If you love business and understand what drives success, business growth and the numbers behind the scenes, then this is the opportunity for you. From day one you'll be immersed in the business lending side of BNZ, learning how we support small NZ businesses through to larger commercial clients.

You’ll learn about Partnership Banking through a mixture of workshops and on the job training to set you up for a Senior Associate position.  The programme design and experience is the foundation to fast track you to a Partner role, where ultimately you will work closely with BNZ customers to help them grow their business and support them in their banking needs. Throughout the Graduate Programme, you will be supported via a buddy system and learn the ropes through shadowing portfolios of clients, helping you to develop the skills and capabilities to fast track your career at BNZ.

We have opportunities available throughout New Zealand, please let us know your preferred location(s).
