How does it work?

  • There will be 3 rotations in total. Each lasting for 6 months.
  • Each Datacom office in Australia has different clients and requirements so rotations will be dependent on your home location.
  • Throughout the recruitment process, we’ll get to know you before confirming your rotation cycle (Interests, skills & strengths)
  • At the end of the 18-month program with a combination of self-reflection and feedback, you can choose a career path and embed in the best career pathway for you.

What could your responsibilities look like?

  • Working with new and existing customers to understand their business and requirements, helping to achieve an outcome that delivers value.
  • Test Analysis, implement your part of the test design by analysing user stories to prepare tests. Perform test execution and outcome reporting and conduct demonstrations of functionality.
  • Contributing to product roadmaps by designing and implementing enhancements.
  • Creating scalable, resilient and performant applications.
  • Analysing security events of interest before managing the incident through to resolution or identifying an opportunity for tuning.
  • Cybersecurity risk assessments, producing documentation for both current-state and target-state.
  • Identify, analyse, and report events that occur or might occur to protect information, information systems, and networks from threats.
  • Working with Wireless control systems and firewalls.
  • Customer and employee experience and insights
  • Internal change management and governance
  • Full digital transformation planning.
  • Product Development
  • Using Data to analyse and report on technical performance, customer metrics and team performance.
  • Collecting Data from disparate sources and visualise performance metrics into dashboards
