What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Solid starting pay for a graduate position.

Could be better, could be a lot worse.
Midlevel, Perth - 10 Jul 2020
Pay is very competitive for new graduates. It seems like as you climb up the ladder the pay starts to not be competitive compared to other companies. Mainly at late mid/senior levels which causes issues with keeping technical people at the company.

No bonuses ever. Pay is good for a grad, not the best, rate of raise is slow, I could get more if I moved company now
Midlevel, Perth - 10 Jul 2020
The pay grade system is great. There is a grey line between accepting responsibilities outside of our role level i.e. a senior consultant.
Graduate, Sydney - 10 Jul 2020
Pay is generous for a starter.

Free food/drinks, including alcohol late on Friday, as well as the occasional pub-trip or round of doughnuts. Cheap tickets to certain work events as well.

It's great that we have the social club events where we can experience new things that Sydney has to offer. Also a great time for bonding with colleagues.

My team meets every Friday morning in a cafe near our office. I really enjoy these meetings as they are very casual and personal. We've become familiar with the cafe staff and I look forward to this meeting every week. The social events they organise also sound fun but I'm yet to attend one as I have been working from home for the majority of the time I've been in the company and the first event for this year was cancelled due to lockdown.
