With over 30,000 Clients across ANZ, we offer business owners & their staff peace of mind.

Employsure Graduates are best in market, and with an award winning programme the next cohort is underway. You will go through a structured 6-month program learning about Employsure, workplace relations and be a core part of our award-winning subscription product.

This is an opportunity that will have you immediately working hands on and engaging with our clients. There won’t be any mundane tasks such as coffee runs, removing staples from old files or photocopying all day! This is a role where you are going to fit straight into the team while being mentored and supported by your experienced peers.

Once you have graduated through the program, you will become a fully-fledged Employment Relations Advisor! This is where you will advise clients on current Employment Relations needs in their business. You will be speaking with a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses regarding a large range of ER/workplace relations issues every single day!
