We are looking for intelligent, curious and enthusiastic undergraduates in their penultimate year who can push boundaries, challenge thinking and examine a problem from all angles.

As an Intern at EY Port Jackson Partners, you will work alongside exceptionally talented people in our small project teams as you help our clients to solve their most challenging problems. You will rapidly develop a broad range of skills as you learn from experienced Partners and colleagues on interesting and impactful projects across industries and geographies.

We believe that diverse backgrounds make for better workplaces and better outcomes for our clients โ€“ our strategy consultants come from a  range of academic backgrounds including science, engineering, arts, law, medicine, economics and commerce. They share a commitment to making a real impact on our clients and community with their outstanding leadership, critical thinking, communication and teamwork skills.

We offer two intakes for our Internship Programs:

Summer Internship (December โ€“ February)

Our Summer Internship Program runs over 10 โ€“ 12 weeks with a 3-week break over the Christmas/New Year period. A summer internship offers you invaluable hands-on experience and can set you up for a successful career once you complete your studies. You will receive a structured induction, on-the-job training, and networking opportunities and rotate through all three of our practice areas: Corporate Advisory, Government and Deals Strategy, playing an important role in project deliverables.

Winter Internship (June - July)

We offer a three-week Winter Development Program which will run from June โ€“ July each year. In this development program, you will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity to spend time with consultants and Partners in different practice areas.

Our programs will provide you with the opportunity to work and spend time with consultants and Partners from all three of our practice areas: Corporate Advisory, Government and Deals Strategy.

Graduate Success Stories

  • Graduate stories
The thing I enjoy the most about my job is the fact that I get to work closely with senior partners/leaders on interesting and complex problems alongside great colleagues as part of project teams, many of whom I now call friends.

When applying to a firm, aim to get a sense of whether the work they do aligns with your interests and if the culture fit is apparent. In my opinion, these are 2 of the most important factors in choosing where to start your career.
