They will also give you a large degree of responsibility for some tasks which is essential for career development. They are the professionals so

Managers in FLC, and Valuations Advisory in particular, are incredibly supportive and always willing to assist you with any queries or provide general career support. Very reachable for work questions and informal chats are common.

Management is accessible, however there is room for improvement with coaching and performance feedback.
