I am hoping to get a placement in the firm at the end of the graduate program. Beyond that, with hard work (obviously), i think there are definetly promotion prospects.

I say 7 because I have been told HW doesn't generally hire more grads than they anticipate to take on post grad year. Otherwise I am unfamiliar with the process of promotions.
