Please tell us about promotion possibilities and fill us in on what it takes to move up the ranks.
I was fortunate to be able to continue working with Halter after the end of my internship on a part-time basis, even though I'm still midway through my University degree.

Due to my role being a niche role in a company which does not have too many competitors, there is little opportunity to move between companies. That being said there is great opportunity to move within Halter. It is great and unusual in other companies that people so young become managers, but at Halter it is common and promotions are based not on experience but on the individuals capabilities.

I had to go back to university to finish my final year and was told that they would be happy to have me back - though no formal offer was offered. I was asked if I could work during the university semester, but I couldn't. I would have liked the possibility to receive a graduate offer upon completion of my internship. Many companies do this upon the completion of an internship.

Promotions are very performance driven and there is no bureaucracy in moving up the ranks. So if someone continually outperforms and exceeds expectations, they are promoted to the role that they very clearly deserve.

I've seen a lot of people hired in my time here as well as a few moving up the ranks. If you put in the work, you will get noticed!
