Halter is committed to sustainability. For example, the production teams recycles electronic components, soft plastics, cardboard, wood and metal. There is also now a dedicated Sustainability Specialist in the company who is responsible for implementing programs that promote more sustainable operation of the business.

An intern that started last year has been doing extensive research into this area, and they have been met with keen interest from the company, and have been involved with discussions about modifying certain practices to reduce the environmental footprint. Since then, we have compost bins around the offices, different types of recycling bins, among other measures.
