Most people are very welcoming and I am happy with the relationships I have built thus far. PMO has a fantastic culture, whether it be through team meetings or outside of work socialising.

The work culture is quite good, but due to the long hours on site there is little room for socialising outside of work. In working hours there is however a good level of socialising and teamwork to break up the long days.

WFH mostly so from what I can see everyone is friendly and supportive. People are willing to step forward and help with issues and get back to you. Work stays within designated working hours.
