The company has always treated their employees with the utmost of respect in regards to employing women as equally as men also employing people from a range of different cultural backgrounds and the company always puts aboriginal people first as a show of respect by recognising the custodians of the land we meet on before the start of every meeting which I believe is wonderful

They work very closely with local communities which helps local communities thrive and grow they work directly with local leaders to provide opportunities to those less privileged

The project itself is located in rural Australia primarily, and ARTC/IR is catering to that and trying to include more locals at each stage of the project. Running workshops and programs helps this.
