My direct manager and the construction manager above him are extremely accessible and open. I feel comfortable to raise queries or issues at any time and know that they will be answered.

The managers at my company are great people always thorough with their instructions, do not mind having to repeat themselves when asked by a graduate. They take time out and make the effort to meet twice a week to check on work progress, where they can help, where we believe we can be more efficient and address anything that needs to be communicated
