Diversity at Inland Revenue

Overall, I think there is a lot of good awareness and commitment for diversity. There is also a lot of flexibility around childcare, maternity leave, etc, and effort put into this regarding recruitment, retention and promotion. However, policy at IR has statistically been not very diverse, although there is a recent noticeable shift towards this.

There are groups for diversity both in departments and as an organisation. I haven't had any experience with the rest.

There is very diversity range of people working for IR and many ethnic groups represented.
