There are Gender and LGBTQI+ working groups that run events and initiatives. Maternity/Paternity leave seems quite good.

I have not noticed any overt issues or problems with diversity at all. I think taking maternity leave and coming back part time or afterwards at all can be quite difficult generally with the workload. Partners do seem pretty supportive though.

We have various internship type programs for lawyers and personal assistants. In the interview process they seem to be flexible in who they give clerkships to, we have very diverse groups coming through.
