As a graduate at Macquarie, you will become an integral member of the team from day one. Your career development starts with a tailored orientation and business group-specific workshops. You will then embark on a structured program with on-the-job training, access to a comprehensive range of external and internal courses and the opportunity to build your business network.

We offer a variety of Graduate Programs across our business groups for which students in their final year of study are eligible to apply.

Our Graduate Program commences in February of each year and runs for 12 to 24 months, depending on the business group.

Graduate Success Stories

  • Graduate stories
In search for an opportunity to combine her interests in finance and accounting, Gemma McGinness’ Co-Op internship with Macquarie proved a career in financial services was right for her. Although her first year on the Graduate Program, working across consulting and data teams in Macquarie’s Financial Management Group, has been done in a primarily remote-working setting, it hasn’t stopped her from grasping opportunities; extending her skills in coding and taking part in the first ever remote year end process project.
