ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

We offer a broad range of products from market leading vendors including UPS Systems, Precision Cooling, Industrial Racks/Enclosures, Generators and Services, and our technical team lies at the heart of our success with resources across ANZ.

YOUR ROLE

We are on the lookout for a dynamic candidate to complement our service business development efforts in the VIC/TAS/SA market. Situated in our Notting Hill office and reporting to the Southern Region Sales Manager, this position presents an excellent opportunity to acquire valuable  professional experience. You'll collaborate closely with our service coordinators to provide leading customer asset care. 

This role is centred on cultivating customer relationships, ensuring that our service agreements and maintenance not only meet but exceed customer expectations. You'll be instrumental in supporting our services coordinators, identifying areas for process improvement, and contributing to the ongoing success of our services department.

The ideal candidate will bring a background in sales, administration, marketing, or engineering to the table—or be eager to acquire and refine their skills in these areas. For those with a passion for success, you will find the market highly rewarding and full of opportunity!

  • Collaborate with Service Coordinators to establish and implement support requirements and procedures, driving the team towards achieving KPIs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive Service CRM Database, ensuring accurate information on customer contacts, assets, contracts, time and materials, work orders, and more.
  • Be responsible for the scheduling of maintenance and service callouts for clients, and managing all subsequent reporting and follow-up activities.
  • Sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders playing a key role in our collaborative success
  • Identify ISO 9001 Sales Related Processes and activities, ensuring adherence to our accreditation standards.
  • Record sales information from various sources, presenting concise updates to the management team during CRM updates, team meetings, and one-on-one sessions with the services team.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales Team to effectively manage new service opportunities.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and issues via email and phone calls, utilizing feedback to refine and enhance our service processes.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
  • Strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to build a strong working relationship with our global product partner network;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with our internal and external teams, as well as our customers;
  • Strong computer skills.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

The NPS onboarding process involves comprehensive training, both in-house and by our industry leading partners. You will be supported to develop your own approach, and with an industry this large and complex, there is really no limit to where you might find yourself. The support and training don't stop at month 1 - you will be supported by our team to grow and challenge yourself throughout your career with NPS!

SALARY AND BENEFITS
