We offer a broad range of products from market leading vendors including UPS Systems, Precision Cooling, Industrial Racks/Enclosures, Generators and Services, and our technical team lies at the heart of our success with resources across ANZ.
YOUR ROLE
We are on the lookout for a dynamic candidate to complement our service business development efforts in the VIC/TAS/SA market. Situated in our Notting Hill office and reporting to the Southern Region Sales Manager, this position presents an excellent opportunity to acquire valuable professional experience. You'll collaborate closely with our service coordinators to provide leading customer asset care.
This role is centred on cultivating customer relationships, ensuring that our service agreements and maintenance not only meet but exceed customer expectations. You'll be instrumental in supporting our services coordinators, identifying areas for process improvement, and contributing to the ongoing success of our services department.
The ideal candidate will bring a background in sales, administration, marketing, or engineering to the table—or be eager to acquire and refine their skills in these areas. For those with a passion for success, you will find the market highly rewarding and full of opportunity!
Required Knowledge and Abilities:
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
The NPS onboarding process involves comprehensive training, both in-house and by our industry leading partners. You will be supported to develop your own approach, and with an industry this large and complex, there is really no limit to where you might find yourself. The support and training don't stop at month 1 - you will be supported by our team to grow and challenge yourself throughout your career with NPS!
SALARY AND BENEFITS
In addition to a generous salary offer, NPS sales staff are also eligible to take part in the NPS Personal Bonus Package, calculated based on your team KPI's.
