Managing Apigee API gateway platform. Developing automated processes to make this management more efficient and safer for future patches and upgrades. Using Ansible and python for these automation tasks. Working with networks automation team to add new features for other teams to use. Their GUI is written with React and microservices with Python.

Helping research and present data analysis. Analysing and interpreting data to communicate market trends and industry predictions. Turning these predictions into a strategy plan, identifying areas for growth and resolving issues. Identifying industry competitors, analysing their market and identifying recommendations moving forward.

Working with a project team to get our project completed on time, monitoring our tools to triage and action any issues, working with others to assist where required

In the entire time I have been in this role I have maybe once or twice arrived at work and know what I need to do and been able to get straight into work. My workload has been very minimal and therefore I feel that I am not developing. Mangers often don't have the time to teach you and help you get a good understanding to be able to work on my own.

Tracking performance on my launches, meeting with stakeholders, creating powerpoints to explain performance etc.

Day-to-day is managing assets which allow Optus to monitor performance of the 5G mobile network. There's a large number of tools that I use to investigate challenges, complaints and even new ventures into how the network and business can be improved.

HR Business Partner. I perform generalist activities to support the employees and leaders in the business units within my portfolio. Hr activites across the whole employee lifecycle.

Currently doing lots of learnings and research to further my knowledge on 5G networks which is very interesting, working with enterprise side of business to work to build solutions for new products. Day to day I look into new technologies, how they work, test on devices and other basic tasks,

My role is product manager/innovator. My day-to-day consists of creating and managing projects and implementing strategic operations while also determining the marketing and feature road map for the product.

My role has me working building cyber security platforms for my larger team, ensuring that our networks are protected against cyber threats. I also work with integrating new technologies to the Optus product offerings.

Overall, I have been given quite a lot of responsibility as a graduate, being able to lead many key projects and initiatives, which is fantastic for my experience. Day-to-day responsibilities depends on which rotation and team you are in during the grad program but many times it is leading projects and initiatives throughout the organisation, particularly those that are customer success related.

I am in a general HR role, functioning as a consultant. My day-to-day involves responding to general HR queries, as well as working on on-going projects. My role requires me to have excellent stakeholder management skills as I partner closely with SLT's across the organisation to deliver on key HR initiatives. It is common for me to spend large amounts of times consulting, advising and assisting the business on such initiatives, and helping ensure they are delivered to a high level.

I'm a data graduate in networks, my day-to-day involves managing the dpm, engaging with stakeholders, completing adhoc reporting requests and completing any assigned learnings.

As a graduate, I have recently changed roles but in my last role I was moderatley satisfied with my work. I felt I was making some impact and I enjoyed working with a variety of people

I work in the product management space, namely by supporting other PMs on initiatives around their products. I'm currently leading a project to get one of our products to a target number of users. I am also leading for GTM for a new product set to launch in a couple of months. I am also building out the roadmap for an existing product over the next two quarters.

I am currently rotating as a Service Designer within the CX department. I design the end to end customer experience and capture the requirements, pain points and opportunities. A lot of my day is spent on Figma to capture the experiences when interviewing customers and stakeholders.
