I am definitely in the office more than I expected to be, there are always a few things to wrap up at the end of the day which means you never really leave when you think you will and even then when you do leave later most of management is still in the office past the normal working day.

As a corporate finance graduate I would say I do have some very late night sbut that is just the nature of working on transactions/deals. Overall the hours is good and the firm offers firm-wide recharge day after the busy period.

Work hours are quite flexible, my work hours are usually around 9am to 5:15/5:30pm, but it wouldn't be a problem if I started my day earlier and finished earlier or vice versa.

The hours can be very demanding at times, depending on the practice group you are in, which is characteristic of professional services. Pitcher Partners does an excellent job of providing flexible working options, allowing you to work from home or at one of their other office locations if needed.

Flexible depending on team. Quite a few teams allow WFH 1-2 days a week. However less likely in audit.

Hours before busy seasons are standard, and we start an hour early/ finish an hour late or both during busy seasons. Depending on your job managers, you may ask to work flexible hours if important personal matters arise.

The management team meets weekly to ensure that analysts have an appropriate amount of work which can be managed within the required timeframes. Whilst there are exceptions to the rule, most weeks entail an appropriate amount of work which can be completed between 9 to 5.

Pitcher Partners, and particularly my business unit are very flexible when it comes to hours. It allows me to work the hours I prefer but also displays confidence and trust in our employees. I will generally work standard hours but make up time at the end of the day if I need to attend an appointment or attend to personal tasks.
