Consulting is a very topsy turvy industry. Some days are quite busy and others are breezy. There's no looking over your working hours as long as you're getting work done and are available to assist in team solutioning. Also, not an imperative to come to the office - can work from home as long as you want. Overall - very flexible!

Flexibility is good PS have different offices - the company is quite supportive to accommodate requests of spending periods in different offices when possible Extra working hours are recognised and there is attention on keeping the workload manageable

No requirement for being in the office, can work from home whenever you like. If you are busy you may have to work past 5pm but the workload is manageable and work life balance is good.
