About the internship:
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Work on reconciliation of daily sales, cancellation reports and arrive at output files of refund
- Understand business agreements/commercials to validate and perform the billing and invoice the vendors/partners
- Handle large sets of data in excel
- Close loop all escalations related to partners and clients
- Plan and prepare periodic reports that provide value additions and actionable insights to management
- Stay informed of the loyalty and rewards industry landscape, competitions/competitors, and client requirements at various levels
