As an engineer, I’m responsible for designing and programming systems according to our customer needs. In my digital buildings rotation, I was required to go to the site to commission/test the building management system (BMS) that we have designed. I got to meet our customers and listen to their feedback on the system and reconfigure the system to meet their needs. Majority of the engineering/ programming required can be done remotely, which allows for flexible working arrangements.

I like them and feel if things are slow, I can always ask/do more.

Overall good. My first rotation was very involved and fast-paced. This propelled me to learn and develop faster career wise. Day-to-day responsibilities is up to your manager. This program is very manager reliant.

Based off previous role, however just started a new role so hope this will change.

Project engineer, active in delivering project requirements to customers.

In my current graduate rotation, I am helping out in the building services and projects team with quoting, documentation and implementation of both our products and services.

As an electrical engineering grad, I work on projects aimed to improve the infrastructure and processes on the manufacturing shop floor. It involves talking to people/management to identify areas for improvement, brainstorming ideas followed by designing>simulating>fabricating, and deploying the project after relevant programming and final wiring checks are completed. I mainly work with PLCs, HMIs and electrical components. There is continuous support from the engineering manager and trade staff through out the life cycle of the projects. Learning something new everyday has been constant.

My day to day role includes helping with customer presentation and consulting the Digital Transformation journey to businesses.

I am a cybersecurity graduate that is being trained up to be a cybersecurity solution architect for operational technology environments. My day consists of joining customer meetings, working with others on current pre-sale projects for experience, training and learning about cybersecurity technology and documentation activities.

Social WIP management: coordinating monthly social posts; supporting overall delivery, Content creation by project and campaign, Services attractiveness video campaign, 'Grad's eye view' videos for social media stories, Improve promotion of external content on internal channels with a Friday morning post: “Media Buzz: Weekly Spotlight, Public speaking audit for business areas and then a monthly update - check with each EA on what VP and their LT have spoken about, when and where (Out and about post photo carousel),Brand Intel missing articles update monthly -- first week of each month for previous month, starting April

Engineering and data management.

My first rotation was as an Engineer in delivery. This entailed designing and creating solutions for customer projects.

Distribute documents that need sharing to stake holders in a project, part take in stand up meetings to discuss own progress made in project work and any issues that have occurred. receive technical tasks to work on that are real contributions to the project.

Financial analyst, data visualisation, data analysis, process optimisation, process automation, workflow management, project management. Day to day responsibilities included daily orders and sales reporting, ad hoc troubleshooting for reports, reporting process optimisation using power query and alteryx, sharepoint hub creation, sustainability reporting, etc.

My day to day responsibilities include: Pre-sales, Tendering, Speaking to customersm, Following up with teams for delivery of services, Reviewing Reports, Organizing the purchase of licenses or services for customers
