Designation: HR Executive

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter.
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, Incentives, health, and medical insurance.
  • Managing workplace safety issues.
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employee.
  • Conducting various games & celebration activities, engagement activities, employee recognition acts.
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in the HR module of ERP software.
  • Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.

What we are looking for?

  • Excellent communication - oral and written.
  • Looking for a smart experienced candidate for HR Recruitment/ Operations.
  • Able to close the positions on time.
  • Proactive, Team Player, Smart, and Diligent

Education: UG/ PG: BBA/ MBA/ Any degree related to HR
