SIG is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Sydney student recruitment team.  This role directly impacts on the success of our campus hiring team. In this role you will partner & support a team of recruiters & critical stakeholders who are focused on hiring top-tier talent in the quantitative trading, research and technology roles.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously and manage last-minute changes to schedules with professionalism and composure. 

If you join us, you will:

  • Build effective relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
  • Schedule and confirm phone and office interviews, as well as feedback sessions
  • Greet candidates and coordinate all interviews including online assessments, tours, and candidate meet & greets
  • Strategise and improve upon the logistics of our interview process, ensuring a highly positive experience for candidates
  • Manage all reporting, new hire on-boarding, audits and maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate travel & accommodation for candidates & staff
  • Attend student engagement events both in office and on campus with a long term goal of independently organising and hosting SIG student facing events
  • Maintaining relationships with student societies.

What we're looking for

  • 0-4 years professional or intern experience as an assistant, coordinator or in a similar role; prior experience assisting a Human Resources and/or Recruiting team is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Intellectually curious with an interest in learning the business of SIG
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling system
