Paralegal - Corporate M&A (Start ASAP)

Job Description:

• Assist legal administrative filling, submission and/or reporting of legal data (i.e., license, reporting, permit, etc.)
• Prepare regulatory update and ensure the fulfillment of legal compliance;
• Prepare and/or review draft agreement with business partners and/or vendors;
• Conduct legal research to ensure that the legal team provides sound legal advice for any legal issues or queries raised by stakeholders; and
• Key corporate works for multiple jurisdictions including arranging Board meetings, etc.

Qualification:

• Holds a law degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of active working experience
• Previously worked at a reputable law firm or multinational corporation as a legal counsel
• Has excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Meticulous document-keeping and tracking
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
