Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
I meet many different kinds of people at Xero. Xero's tech division is still largely comprised of dudes from what I can see, but it's not all white dudes, and I've met plenty of people of other genders. I've met several queer people, and talking about my queer identity in the office doesn't feel abnormally uncomfortable

I have attended multiple presentations on inclusion, diversity, accessibility and neurodivergence. I think Xero does a good job of promoting and demonstrating diversity in the workplace. I am aware that some women attempted to enquire about egg freezing however were told it's not currently an option which is a shame to hear.
