My manager is a terrific manager when I'm able to get in the same (meeting) room with her - she is empathetic, and offers really great advice and reassurance to me when needed. She provides good feedback and praise. However, she is slow to reply to messages and often shows up late or doesn't show at all to meetings, which I find somewhat disrespectful and makes me feel like I'm not a priority.
