I came in as a grad but they were flexible and they always made me feel comfortable.

Very approachable. 1. Submit CV and cover letter 2. Video interview 3. Technical assignment (write some code) 4. Two interviews, one focused on technical ability and the other on soft skills 5. Presentation to other interviewees and interviewers (you have about 10 minutes to research something and then put on a presentation)
