How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I would like to spend more time in the office but I am having a hard time going because my girlfriend is using my car at the moment. Our office is awesome. However, you can work from home whenever you want to. I like to do a mix but it is cool that people do what is best for them

Very flexible when it comes to hours. Regular breaks are encouraged. Well-being leave is generous. I am not required to go into the office, which means no commute, and less management of my anxiety.

My work hours are good and manageable. In July, they became less manageable as the workload and deadlines my buddy was setting during a period of research were too much, and it meant I had to work long days to fit in customer interviews early in the morning e.g 7am and ones late at night eg. 8pm. and instead of taking breaks I needed to work between to hit those deadlines so it meant I was doing 12 hours days for a good week. This has since been addressed and I've been given confidence by my PL to manage my workload better and speak up when things get too much. I am also able to work very flexibly around life commitments/appointments etc which really helps.
