About this course

This course will be of interest to health professional, researchers, students, policy makers and front-line clinicians who seek guidance and inspiration on healthcare improvement. During the course we will review conceptual frameworks and explore core implementation components and demonstrate how implementation science can be combined with healthcare improvement to improve outcomes for service users and the community.

We aim to build internal capability and capacity in our health services to support a culture of improvement based on evidence-informed approaches. Through the course, participants will strengthen their understanding of the principles and theories of implementation science. There will be opportunities to build connections across the diverse health service organisations and academic networks. The Program aims to develop individual skills, confidence, and leadership to implement evidence-informed healthcare improvement.
