About this course

Address complex regulatory, compliance and risk challenges facing modern businesses with a Master of Regulation and Compliance.

Designed in conjunction with industry experts, the Master of Regulation and Compliance will equip you to manage beyond compliance, through exposure to international best practice and cutting-edge regulatory technologies.

You'll also work on real-life case studies that offer practical insight into current regulatory issues that arise in the domestic and international context. In an environment characterised by disruption, we'll challenge you to explore the compliance function from an ethical and practical governance perspective, as well as to examine the multifaceted nature of regulatory assurance and develop practical strategies to ensure best practice.

The degree is tailored for flexibility and caters to your previous experience, with the option to study part-time or full-time. You can focus on one discipline or select from a range of discipline-specific regulation-orientated electives in the areas of: banking and financial services; sustainability and the environment; employment and human resources; global enterprise; artificial intelligence and new technologies; and ethics and risk management.

You also have the opportunity to apply your knowledge practically through an international study tour or corporate project.
