You can experience CSR projects/initiatives at a local, regional or global level. I have worked on pro bono projects to support Australian-based initiatives. I have worked in an affinity group on a project at the APAC level, as you frequently get to learn about and engage with your colleagues in these groups globally. I have also supported on a project at a global level, requiring engagement with colleagues in Europe and Africa.

The firm works on a range of important pro-bono and CSR projects. Legal staff have hour targets towards pro-bono work. While many matters are confidential, the type of work includes legal work for charitable organisations, as well as other pro-bono support such as via mentoring.

We receive regular training and our new offices are sustainable.

The firm is generally supportive of different projects/initiatives you are passionate about as long as they fit within the strategic pillars of the firm.

New buildings are all highly rated for employee wellness and sustainability. There is some pro bono work but not a high level / dedicated program that runs.

We run regular charity events and engage in a variety of pro bono matters.

Our firm is involved in many pro bono initiatives. For example, we offer pro bono services to individuals and assist charities such as the Fitted For Work program.

Supporting various organisations through both pro bono as well as donations and fundraising. Organisations include, Safe House, Oz Harvest, Opportunity International.

Some involvement in Ronald McDonald House Charities etc. There is some pro bono work done in the office, and some good champions of this within the firm. Overall there isn't a big culture of pro bono work.

Internationally the firm is really good at this, but in the Perth office we do not do much CSR.
