Open plan office, well-lit (depending on where you are situated) and great facilities ie, before and after trip facilities. Dress for your day policy - which means if you are client facing or going to court, dress appropriately, otherwise it is really open for you to decide how you dress day to day.

Recruitment

Recruitment
First and second round was a 2 to 1 interview. The first interview was with a member of the HR team and a senior (Senior Associate / Special Counsel). The second interview was with a partner and a HR team member. Final round was a group interview (assessment style) coupled with a cocktail event in the evening. I was asked about my skill sets and experience and how I could apply this to a graduate role. Why I wanted to work for the company. I was also asked about my life outside of work and what I enjoyed doing. Be ready to learn and curious about the work. Ask questions and don't be afraid if you don't understand something.
