Recruitment Process

1. Our Recruitment Process

  • Application
  • Phone Interview: Talent Acquisition Manager, Jason Lau for 30 minutes
  • 1st interview: Sales Manager (60 minutes, virtual, questions will be asked around Behavioural and Functional competencies)
  • 2nd interview: Case Study Presentation to a panel (60 minutes, virtual or in-person)
  • Final Interview: People & Culture Interview with Head of HR and People & Culture Advisor/Coordinator(30 minutes, in-person, get to know you)
  • Reference & Police Checks
  • Offer

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Remuneration: AUD$55,000 base + superannuation
  • Other benefits: Equity via Employee Share Options Program, 14 weeks of paid parental leave, daily bottomless continental breakfast, fresh fruit and snacks
  • Career opportunity: the 18-month rotational Graduate program will focus on our sales area including New Business, Customer Solutions and Sales Operations. You will have the opportunity to experience a 2- week overseas assignment in one of our offices at the end of the program. On completion of the 18-month program, you will graduate from the Sales team and work at hipages permanently.
