• Application – cover letter and CV to be attached
• Phone screen – 5-10 minute catch up with Talent Acquisition team over the phone to discuss their application, background and goals
• In person interview – usually 2 but sometimes 1 if we can get at least 2 managers there at the same time, behavioural based questions – Branch Manager and Regional Manager
• Short numerical assessment on site
• Reference checks – 2 previous direct managers
