Recruitment process

Our recruitment process is thorough. We take all candidates through the following process:

  • CV assessment
  • Initial discussion/pre-screening
  • Interview and agency introduction
  • First technical assessment
  • Document preparation for Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) – if required
  • Second technical assessment and profiling
  • Final interview and placement

Remuneration

Average MACA Supply Company hourly pay ranges from approximately $13.66 per hour for Security Guard to $22.54 per hour for Equipment Operator.
