IGROWW (Initiative for the Growth and Retention of Women) is Protiviti’s flagship program designed to support, empower, and celebrate the success of women within our workplace. With a strong focus on recruiting, mentoring, and retaining talented women, iGROWW fosters an inclusive and supportive community where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. 

The program offers a variety of events and initiatives tailored to enhance career development and create meaningful connections. From mentorship programs such as Mentor Mondays to events with inspirational speakers for International Women’s Day, iGROWW provides women at Protiviti with resources to excel in their roles and build lasting relationships.  

iGROWW is proud to partner with Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF) to extend our network and build a broader community for women in the financial services industry. Through this strategic partnership, iGROWW and WIBF work together to enhance opportunities for women in leadership roles, create a platform for shared learning, and provide valuable industry insights that foster growth and career progression.
