CSR is specified as an organisational strategic goal in a 5 year roadmap. Specific milestones and criteria are defined and communicated

There is limited commitment from what I have experienced. I recall a survey being released a year ago to gauge people's commitment to minimizing work-related travel. I find this quite conflicting as in the same year, management communicated that staff were required to come into the office more.

Not visible to general staff.

There are a range of internal employee groups for a diverse range of people.

I can't comment on this, I haven't seen CSR demonstrated through work etc.

Similar to DEI, very painted on. Protiviti will works with mining companies that knowingly destroy a 46 000 year old Aboriginal Site. Those in charge of ENG's have done a good job thus far in Canberra concerning CSR.

Some groups include icare, ireconcile and iGROWW for social responsibility, Aboriginal and Indigenous Peoples, and women equality

Have been involved in over 6 events for many of the different groups.

Formally, we have an 'I on Hunger' target for our offices to pack a certain number of meals each year for those less fortunate. Outside of this, there are many other committees who are dedicated to various causes and run ad hoc CSR initiatives, such as a beach cleaning day.

Each office will focus efforts on CSR dependent on what is available in their city. Sydney recently volunteered at the Foodbank to pack over 4000 meals and christmas hampers

There is a Greens Initiative club that's run by employees of the company that advocate green awareness and daily practices.

I have been part of the 'Green Initiative' where we assist with Clean Up Australia Day and pick up rubbish around town. We also encourage clients to attend. Also, at challenge schools I got to help pack food bags for the 'i on Hunger' initiative to give to those in need. My local office also does a social club event where we donate funds towards Red Nose Day.

Each year there is a group volunteering event which is paid. Falls under an iOnHunger global initiative
