Culture at Protiviti

8.7
8.7 rating for Culture, based on 30 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Protiviti is quite social, when people are in the office it is bustling and we have organised social events each month. There is a collaborative approach to work and flat hierarchy, everyone is approachable. My only thing is that sometimes it can feel disconnected as a-lot of people work remotely as the office is not best-fit if you have a lot of meetings in a day. But also this is understandable given some people live far away from the office and its $10 a day for PTV.

While there's a significant focus on maintaining work-life balance, there's also an underlying expectation for employees to be engaged and involved in office activities and initiatives. The workplace is notably sociable, with both in and out of office hours offering ample opportunities for social interaction. Attendance at after-hours office events is typically high. Additionally, the open layout of the office facilitates easy access to upper management, fostering a culture of approachability where Directors are readily available for interaction and discussion.

Protiviti Brisbane has one of the highest-quality professional business cultures I've ever experienced. Each team member genuinely cares for each other's personal and professional needs, creating a solid team foundation. This allows each team member to feel needed and important, resulting in positive workplace experiences.

Overall, we are a very collaborative office, everyone gets along really well and respect each other. This goes for afterhours social events too. Refer to previous comment re. other thoughts on office culture.

This is what sets protiviti apart. Protiviti has a strong culture of being supportive, flexible and a fun place to work. This tone is set from the top. The management structure is relatively flat and non-hierarchical. Work is done in a collaborative and team focused way. There are plenty of social events through the social club and also informal events such as after work drinks etc.

The culture in the office is mostly good but there has been pressure to do additional work with no compensation

There is a strong culture among the junior staff. There appears to be a gap between junior staff and higher management.

Office manager is toxic. Sometimes I feel like there is a boy's club. Everyone else is great but these two things really permeate the office culture.

Really positive and inclusive of everyone both in the office and out of the office. There are many DEI groups and social activities.

hierarchy is relatively flat. Managing directors don't have offices and hot desk with graduates. The structure is fluid and dynamic.

Strong culture, both in the office and after hours. While there is an established heirarchy, all staff members are approachable. Cooperation and teamwork are an integral part of the firm's success - working together to acheive a shared goal. Many social club events and opportunities to spend non-work time with colleagues.

Great culture - everyone is always willing to help and there is a social club with regular activities

It is quite a flat structure and you have frequent contact with your managing directors. Culture is young and social.

There is so much happening at Protiviti both in the office and after hours! There is a hierarchy but there is not much emphasis put on it. You are free to speak up, express yourself, talk to people, ask questions etc. Within teams, an equal importance is given to all team members. There is also a lot of socialising opportunities! Socialising is encouraged both within the office through coffee catchups and also during social events and office drinks.

Culture is good in and out of the office, though there are limited social events outside. Structure and hierarchy are quite flat and leadership is very approachable. Overall really good

With regards to conducting the work, culture is every dependent on who your engagement manager is. Not everyone knows how to lead or teach. A lot of people don't give clear instructions. Then get frustrated when the detailed result is not achieved. Active communication from all levels involved in an enjoyment would help.

Fantastic, Real focus on making sure everyone is included and supported in whatever aspect. Hierarchy in the company is clear with different titles, but in terms of socialising, cooperation and teamwork, there is no hierarchy and everyone is approachable and supportive.
