Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
There are many cultures at work and a relatively good mix of men and women. There are people part of the LGBTIQA+ community and there is a work DEI group activity engaged in this area. I do think that the LGBTIQA+ Group should not involve issues or funding regarding children. It's one thing to support the workplace and it's another to get involved in children's as they are not work-related and for many including myself cross a line. I also don't believe it is works workplace to tell us how to vote. The reconciliation group did not give an equal representation for the Yes and No Vote. This is again crossing the line. Employees should not be encouraged to vote in any way by their employer.

I feel like no one has been discriminated against. People are hired due to their skills and experience.

respectful and diverse. not my place to comment on as I am a man. however I do find it funny how we make our commitment to indigenous communities through our RAP, but one of our biggest clients is BHP who is destroying and taking their sacred places.
