Working Hours at Protiviti

7.8
7.8 rating for Working Hours, based on 6 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Flexibility is very high. There is a high level of variation between staff on hours worked. There is also a culture of 'good work gets more work' driving this disparity. That said, the culture is that the responsibility falls on the individual to manage up and decide how many hours they put in.

I go in 1-2 days a week. This works well for me.

So far, all my leave has been approved and no overtime has been forced upon me.

Very flexible. It is a hybrid work environment so half WFH and half in the office. However this depends on client site requirements and what your team prefers. It is very much a trusting environment and do what is best for the team, yourself and the client - just ensure this is communicated.

sometimes there is an expectation to complete more work after 5:30 pm, but never more than 1-2 hours. sometimes the Pro sells projects for less than they are worth which means that there is not enough budget, meaning that I have to work extra un-chargeable hours to accommodate for smaller budgets.
