Descriptions
- You will be supporting our legal team in conducting legal research in broad subject matters, assisting in providing legal review and legal drafting on various contracts, and also performing day-to-day legal support. You will also work closely with other departments to socialize company internal policy and assist in solving legal issues in various commercial and product-related settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25
- Great leadership track record in on-campus organizations or other extracurricular activities
- Have working experience (min 1 year) in a law firm or start-up company is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional leadership and strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant applicable laws, rules and regulations
