Gender Neutral Parental Leave: At ACCIONA we offer Parental Leave to all parents of a newborn or newly adopted child with 12 weeks of paid leave. This leave can be taken anytime within 12 months of the child’s birth or adoption.
Flexible Working Model: At ACCIONA, we offer two types of flexible work arrangements, Core Flexibility and Elective Flexibility.
Vacation care program: ACCIONA Vacation Care Program is hosted in partnership with KidsCo, the program is designed and supervised by qualified teachers for kids aged 5 – 12 years old.
