We also had a project spotlight segment today where we got to learn insights into the new Bell Gully fitout that was recently completed by the RCP Property Team. It is always cool to see other projects being undertaken in the office.

RCP and my team are considerate with flexible hours. As my bus doesn’t leave till 6 pm I will finish work at 6 pm some days and 4:30 pm others. Since I’m finishing at 4:30 today I quickly get changed for the gym, pack up my desk and head out. After a quick gym workout, I head to the bus hub ready to go home.

Writing up detailed meeting minutes and following up on any urgent actions that came out of the site discussions is crucial. Accurate documentation ensures everyone is informed and accountable, maintaining the project's momentum.
