Gender Equality at RCP

We are committed to supporting and fostering women in our organisation and to supporting the growth of future generations of women in our industry.

At RCP we understand that a sense of belonging unlocks our potential to innovate, transform, inspire and create spaces and places where all people can thrive.

We actively prioritise the holistic wellbeing of our people and develop an inclusive environment where unique backgrounds, experiences, skills and perspectives form a key element of how we do business.

RCP has an internal Women's Network and conducts monthly workshops providing opportunities to network, share ideas and case studies, engage in training and discuss the unique perspectives and experiences of women.

Each year RCP celebrates International Women's Day with a variety of national and local office events. 

We recently released an enhanced Parental Leave Policy that benefits all people but will provide women with greater support throughout pregnancy and their journey into motherhood. 

We are proud to have a strong gender balance across our technical team of project managers and positive growth within senior and executive leadership.

We ensure that we have the best support to achieve our aspirations by partnering with organisations like Diversity Works NZ, NAWIC, WIN and Global Women. These partnerships also unlock  opportunities to connect with networks and communities outside of RCP.
